Williams Block Heritage Building

Design: Built in 1912, this early example of a mixed use retail-residential building underwent a complete architectural and structural restoration. The building was nominated for inclusion in the Vancouver Heritage Registry and has won numerous awards for Heritage Restoration.

Site: This building is located in the commercial centre of Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant District in an up and coming vibrant urban neighbourhood with a good residential-commercial mixture of uses.
